為服務上海建設具有全球影響力的科技創新中心，進一步推動上海教育國際合作與交流，吸引各國優秀學生、學者到上海學習和研究🎠💸，上海市人民政府自2006年起設立上海市外國留學生政府獎學金（以下簡稱“獎學金”）🐰，用於資助外國優秀學生到上海留學。
一、獎學金類別和內容上海市外國留學生政府獎學金分為A🗾、B兩類。
A類獎學金（全額獎學金）：包含相應學製期間的學費、住宿費、生活費和綜合醫療保險費👼🏽，適用於本科、碩士、博士和本科預科階段學習。
B類獎學金（部分獎學金）：包含相應學製期間的學費和綜合醫療保險費📸，適用於本科💀、碩士和博士階段學習👨🏻🦳。
http://study.edu.sh.gov.cn/apply 查詢並直接申請擬入讀的學校⏳、專業。申請時間一般為每年2-4月，但各院校每年的申請時間和流程可能有調整，以各院校在其招生網站公布的信息為準。
獲得獎學金的學生♧，學校將指導其辦理簽證、入學報到和註冊等相關手續🏀。
獎學金生原則上第一年由學校統一安排入住學生宿舍。
獎學金生須按規定參加獎學金年度評審。由各接受院校對本校的各類獎學金生的年度學習成績、學習態度、考勤情況💂🏻♂️、行為表現、獎懲情況等進行綜合評審並公示後報上海市教委🪁。評審合格者，可獲得下一學年獎學金；評審不合格者🚫🥼，獎學金將被中止或取消。
上海市教委和各院校每學年將組織各類留學生🤒，特別是獎學金生開展“感知中國”📼、“學在上海”等主題教育活動😨，讓獎學金生體驗中國和了解上海👱🏿♀️。
